Receiving services is simple. You will be asked to fill out an Assessment Form, you must read and agree to the Consent Form, and then pay for your services on the Payment Form. From then on you just pay as you go, you will only need to fill out the Assessment Form once. Your issues and questions will then be handled by one of our Counselors either through E-Mail or "chat" sessions.

Once you have sent us your information and your payment, we'll review it and get back to you as soon as possible. If all goes as planned you should expect to receive an e-mail from us within 24-48 hours.
